    The control panel offers several statistics packages:
    • AWStats
    • Analog
    • Webalizer
    • Bandwidth Usage (Realtime)
    • Bandwidth History

    For most users, AWStats is the preferred statistics package offered by the control panel.
  3. Control Panel: AWStats
    AWStats

    AWStats is a log analyzer, which creates detailed statistics reports for your website. The reports include many common statistics such as the number of visits, number of unique visitors, visit duration, country of origin, user's web browser and operating system, search engine referrals, broken links, and much more.

    The control panel generates monthly AWStats reports.

    Analog

    Analog is a widely used website log analyzer. The reports generated by Analog show website usage patterns.

    The control panel generates daily, weekly, and monthly Analog reports.

    Webalizer is a website log analyzer. The reports generated by Webalizer are very data rich, with a heavy emphasis on table formatted data sets.

  6. Control Panel: Bandwidth Usage (Realtime)
    Bandwidth Usage (Realtime)

    The Bandwidth Usage report graphs your bandwidth usage in real time. This can help observe spikes in traffic, which may come from many sources such as social networking sites or advertising campaigns.

    The control panel generates rolling interval graphs, showing current, average, and maximum usage for these time frames:
    • Daily (5 Minute Average)
    • Last 7 Days (30 Minute Average)
    • Last 30 Days (2 Hour Average)
  7. Control Panel: Bandwidth History
    Bandwidth History

    The Bandwidth History report lists a summary of all bandwidth used by your website and/or FTP hosting on a monthly basis. This report provides a simple for method for observing website growth based on how much raw data is being transferred each month.
  8. Notes About Statistics Report Generation

    The control panel generates reports on a daily basis. The process runs between 12:00AM and 4:00AM CST, when the load on the server is typically the lowest. Reports for the current month (or week if supported) will update at this time with the most current data.

    Depending on what time the report generator runs, the statistics for the last day of the month might get rolled into the first day of the next month. This is due to design limitations in some of the statistics packages.
