Control Panel Login
  1. Go to https://secure.basicmatrix.com/login.
  2. Control Panel Login: Step 1
    Enter your domain name. For example, if your website address is http://www.example.com, then your domain name is example.com without the www subdomain. Click Search.
  3. Control Panel Login: Step 2
    If your domain was found, then two choices will be presented to the right of the Domain field: Control Panel and Webmail. Click Control Panel.

    If no domain was found, please check carefully for typos and try again. If problems persist, please contact us for further assistance.
  4. Your browser will be redirected to the correct URL for your control panel login page.

    Note: This URL may be bookmarked for direct access, which allows steps 1-3 to be bypassed.
  5. Control Panel Login: SiteWorx
    Login to the control panel by entering your email address, password, and domain name. Click Login to authenticate and access the control panel.

    Note: If an incorrect value defaults into the Domain field, be sure to update it with the value used in step 2.
