Participation in the Basic Matrix forums is a great way to reach every Basic Matrix employee, and to even call on the knowledge of other customers and friends in the Basic Matrix community. The purpose of the forums is to share information and ideas, and users are encouraged to ask questions that normally would not be handled by other support options.
Planned outages, upgrades, and general network information is made available through the Network Status weblog. Please check the network status before reporting a problem, because technicians may already be working towards a resolution.
If your website is offline or not functioning properly, please use the Report an Outage form to report it. This should be your preferred communication method because it dispatches a message directly to the network administrator or on-call technician, and gives you feedback when the issue has been resolved.
