On October 10th at midnight CST, our primary data center in Bedford, TX will be migrating all of our server and networking equipment to their new and improved facility in Dallas, TX. This move is naturally an inconvinence for everyone, but it could not be avoided. The Bedford, TX facility is closing its doors by November 1st.

Basic Matrix sincerely appreciates your patience in this transitional time, and assure you we are doing everything we can to make the move as easy and convinient as possible for all of our customers. We will post updates to the network status page as new information becomes available.

Update: All of the servers have been successfully moved and powered on as of 5am CST. We are performing routine data integrity scans and servers should be coming online shortly.
Disk scan was completed shortly after 6am and all services are back online. The move to a more stable, secure, and robust data center is complete.
