At 2pm CST on Wednesday, August 26th a network communications issue required an emergency reboot of a primary server. Disk scans and related recovery routines delayed the system from resuming network services for approximately 30 minutes. Affected shared and dedicated virtual server clients were down during this time.

No permanent data loss was recorded. All systems were back online as of 2:42pm CST.
